♦ Control and Prevention of Tuberculosis ♦
CAP-TB is a five-year project funded by USAID to help to reduce the incidence and mortality related to Multi-Drug Resistant TB (MDR-TB.) The project supports activities in partnership with the National TB Programs (NTPs) and local organizations in Myanmar, China, and Thailand. The prime cooperating agency for the CAP-TB Project is FHI 360, with teams of professionals in each of the countries.

The overarching goal for all project activities is to increase early case detection and to improve treatment success of TB and MDR-TB in the Greater Mekong, with eventual impact on incidence, prevalence, and mortality from these diseases.
